Exchange and Return

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, we want you to love our product.

Exchange Policy
If, for whatever reason, you would like to exchange an item, you can use one of the two options within 15 days of purchase.

Option 1:

Exchange from home. Our courier partners will pick up and change items at your door. The Courier charges will be borne by the customer.

To proceed, please WhatsApp the following information at 0318-0442124.

4. Old product _________________5. Reason for exchange_________
All labels and tags must be attached and uncut and in the original condition for the product to be exchanged.

Option 2:

In this case All you need to do is to send/drop the products with the original receipt, original and packing material at our address. 2098, N Block, khayaban-e-amin, Lahore Ph# 0318-0442124, along with the following details.

1. Name__________ 2.Order number________ 3. New required product___________
4. Old product _________________5. Reason for exchange_________

After inspection, our team will dispatch the required products and customer will have to pay the delivery charges.

NOTE: please visit our site www.youthculture.com.pk and see the items and sizes that are displayed as available, from any category before proceeding.

Return for a Refund
If for any reason you wish to return an item for a refund, we have 15 days return and exchange policy. All you need to do is to send us the items with original receipt, original tags attached/uncut and packing material at our address, 2098, N Block, khayaban-e-amin, Lahore Ph# 0318-0442124, with the following details.

1. Name __________ 2. Order Number__________ 3. Reason for return__________ 4. Account Title__________ 5. Bank Name__________ 6. IBAN________________________
